Soap Manufacturing Plant use for dishwashing, hand washing, liquid soap, liquid detergent, shampoo, hair conditioner etc. The mixer tank consists of 3 layers stainless steel. The heating method can be electric heating or steam heating, and the temperature can be set according to the different products formula. Bottom homogenizer can be optional. The top agitator designed with wall scraper mixer to enhance the mixing efficiency.

Features

High quality top mixing motor controls the mixing paddle to mix the product evenly. The Mixing speed can be adjusted from 0-65 rpm. and in the same machine we add high shearing bottom homogenizer which can be let the material into small holes and makes the product more delicate. Button control panel which is easy to operate after normal training.
